Fitness Mania

Exercises For Your Tired Feet:

Exercise 1

* Sit on the edge of the chair/ stool.
* Raise your legs and bend your knees. Clasp your hands around your knees.
* Rotate your feet outwards, inwards, upwards and finally downwards.
* Repeat 30 times to soothe your feet.

Exercise 2

* Sit on the edge of the chair/ stool.
* Keep a container on the floor. Place your foot on it and roll it back and fro. The movement should be from the tips of the toes to the heel.
* Repeat with other foot.
* Do 10 repetitions with each foot.

Exercise 3

* Sit on the floor with knees bent. Keep your back straight.
* Hold your right foot with your right hand and left foot with the left hand.
* Raise each foot alternatively.
* Repeat 10 times.

Exercise 4

* Lie on your back and raise your legs. Rest them against a wall.
* Position yourself, as to form a right angle between your legs and your body.
* Relax in this posture and feel refreshed.
